EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, remember that  you can return your order  up to 15 days after receiving it, as long as the packaging is not violated. Returns of products with evidence of having already been used are not accepted.

The value of the cost of transport will only be refunded in the event of mistakes on the part of the seller and never due to the will or preference of the buyer.

In other cases, we refund the entire value of the item, except for the cost of transport or other fees.

If the product has been customised and made to order (e.g. roofs, grills, outdoor furniture, spare parts, etc.), there is no possibility of returning or exchanging the product.

If our team accepts the return of replacement parts, the product must be unused and the packaging intact. Once we have received the product at our premises, it will be depreciated by 35% of the total amount paid. This applies only to unique situations that we accept.

For products with the ‘Assembly’ option (e.g. WEBER grills) there is no possibility of returning or exchanging the product, as they have been opened for assembly and are the responsibility of the customer;

The procedure to follow is:

  2. Inform by email help@iot-pool.com the desire to return.
  3. A reference to the return will be assigned and sent by email with the following instructions and before consolidating the return.

Only after being contacted should you send it to the address indicated in the reply email.

We do not accept returns that have not followed the previous procedure and assigned a return number.

Finally, place the product in a protective packaging so that it is in perfect condition and has no signs of having been manipulated.
