The offered house is impregnated with the pressure-vacuum method (one of the most durable and effective) using KORA® “Kurt Obermeier Raumland” agents - a leader in the field of wood protection agents. The impregnation increases the wood's resistance to mold, fungi and insects, thanks to which the house will be more durable. The house is a natural brown color. The durability of use (durability of impregnation) is up to 15 years, if we remember to refresh and maintain with appropriate means. Maintenance should be carried out as required, but no less than every 2 years. However, it should be remembered that wood is a living material, so it is natural for it to work with changes in temperature and humidity. Changes in the color and structure of wood depend on the conditions in which it lives.
