Bayoxide® and Adsorbent 33 is a technical iron oxide in granular form. The product is based on a defined crystalline structure of ferric oxide hydroxide and has been specifically developed for the removal of arsenic and other ions from drinking water. It is applied in a single continuous passive system of pump and treatment for the treatment of selective elimination of contaminated water.
Due to its surface area and particularly high adsorption capacity, it selectively and safely adsorbs arsenic below grade. 10 g/L. Compared to conventional adsorbent media, Bayoxide® E 33 allows for longer operating times, based on its advanced capability
