What do I have to do to receive the Voucher?

Send us a photo of the Serial Number of your old robot to the email: backoffice@iot-pool.com.

You will find the Serial Number on the robot's box, as in the example of the following photos. 

For Zodiac robots, the Serial Number is 18 digits long.

For Maytronics robots, the Serial Number is 10 digits long.

How do I receive the Voucher?

Vouchers are sent to the customer's email address after the Robot order has been dispatched.

How can I redeem the voucher?

Vouchers can only be discounted in a following purchase, respecting the following minimum purchase values:

Voucher 50€ - Minimum value of 100€.

Voucher 75€ - Minimum value of 150€

Voucher 100€ - Minimum value of 200€
