ELECTRIC HEATERS - ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE
Easy to install and use, Zodiac ® electric heaters quickly heat your pool at a very competitive purchase price. Compact and self-contained, they are installed in the filtering system and all you have to do is start the filtering process for the temperature to rise (for 2 to 5 days for water at 28°C, depending on the starting temperature).
CHOOSING AN ELECTRIC HEATER
There are different parameters to consider before choosing an electric heater for your pool. You can adapt the power of the equipment , from 3kW to 120kW, depending on the size of the pool and the desired use (temperature and period).
For narrow technical spaces, we recommend mounting an «L»-shaped device . An in-line assembly can avoid load losses.
To achieve the desired temperature, there are 2 types of thermostats: a mechanical one and a digital one . Thanks to a complete digital controller, it is also possible to adjust the timing.
To limit electrical consumption, a modular heater is equipped with 2 resistances . The advantage is that a resistance can only be used when the outside temperature is relatively high (in summer).

Indifferent circulation direction: inversion of direction only by turning the equipment in the direction of water circulation.

Single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V power supply (three-phase 230V on request). The 12 kW model is always three-phase 400 V.

Power supply with 30 mA differential circuit breaker protection at the line head (not included).
