Plastic globe and angle valves. The most robust and reliable valves in their class
Designed for high-end residential and small commercial installations, Rain Bird® PGA series valves are the most robust and reliable valves in their class. These durable and easy-to-maintain valves are proven to perform even in harsh temperature and pressure environments. For your peace of mind, PGA series valves also come with a best-in-class, three-year commercial warranty. Because your reputation matters to you-it matters to us.
Extreme Durability
The PGA valve maintains a strong, trouble-free seal between body and cap under all conditions. In temperature cycling tests, hundreds of PGA valves have been exposed to extreme temperature changes and intense pressures. The result: zero leakage*.
Pressure-resistant seal
The body seal for the PGA valve cover is designed to withstand the intense water pressure common to many commercial sites. Faced with repeated pressure releases that easily reach triple digits, our valves outperformed the nearest competitor by more than 2½ times to 1 in the pressure cycle test.*
Ease of Maintenance
Multi-key bolts simplify the maintenance of PGA valves. With a choice of flat, Phillips or hex head, you have the freedom and convenience to perform your tasks faster.*Currently available on 2" PGA models only.
Quiet performance
With its solid electrical design, the PGA valve significantly reduces noise and provides years of reliable operation. So not only will you enjoy peace of mind, you'll have silence and peace.
Features
- Seal between body and cap for maximum reliability even in the most extreme conditions
- Robust construction and electrical design for quiet and reliable operation
- Flow pilot with filtration system for increased resistance to debris and clogging
- Slow closure to avoid water hammer effect and consequent damage to the system
