The offered house is impregnated with the pressure-vacuum method (one of the most durable and effective) using KORA® agents "Kurt Obermeier Raumland" - a leader in the field of wood protection agents. Impregnation increases the resistance of wood to mold, fungus and insects, thanks to which the house will be more durable. The house is a natural brown color. The durability of use (impregnation durability) is up to 15 years, if we remember to refresh and maintain it with appropriate means. Re-maintenance should be performed on an as-needed basis, but no less than every 2 years. However, it should be remembered that wood is a living material, so it is natural for it to work with changes in temperature and humidity. The change in the color of the wood and its structure depends on the conditions in which it lives
